The board of directors of Claddach Kirkibost Centre intend that this site shall be of benefit to visitors, customers and staff of the Centre.

All information is given in good faith and we do our best to ensure it is accurate. However no liability shall be incurred due to errors which, despite our best efforts, may appear on the site.

The decision of the directors with regard to content or any other matter relating to this website shall be final.

The directors of Claddach Kirkibost Centre are not responsible for the content of linked sites and accept no liability for any issues arising from visiting these sites or accepting the services offered for sale on them.

The Claddach Kirkibost Centre is a responsible community-driven project which exists primarily for the benefit of the North Uist community, and we are full-insured, both for third party cover and employer's liability. However visitors should be aware that their visit is at their own risk, and the directors accept no liability for any mishap that might occur.

We have company policies in place covering health & safety, discrimination, disabled access, employment practices and other aspects. Please ask to see these, if you wish.
